Fertility

Fertility is still a relatively young area of research when it comes to Western medicine, but it has been treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine for hundreds of years. Acupuncture can be effective as either an alternative or a complement to other medical interventions, such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles. Acupuncture helps to increase blood flow to the uterus promoting a healthy lining. It can also assist with improving egg quality and rebalancing a woman’s hormone levels (including progesterone, estrogen, HCG, FSH, AMH, and LH).
Acupuncture also helps to manage stress throughout the process of trying to get pregnant, which is an anxiety provoking time, and often you feel like you do not have control over your body or mind.
Acupuncture also addresses male fertility including both sperm quality and quantity. An integration of acupuncture, supplements, and lifestyle modifications make a positive impact on men's sperm health.
Testimonials: “I started seeing Margo for stress and anxiety as a result of a lot of life changes including a new career and infertility issues. I was not in a good place when I first started seeing her, but through her treatments and encouragement she helped get me back on track and I am now expecting my second child. I highly recommend Margo to aid in whatever you may be going through.”
"I had very complicated infertility and was given very little odds of even IVF working. I began seeing Margo at the very beginning of my journey. At this point in time things were meek, confusing and honestly sad.
She was so knowledgable on the entire process. I enjoyed every single minute we spent together, and it turn out to be very beneficial! Over 16 months I gave birth to not only one but two beautiful children. 6 months after my daughter was born I returned to Margo eager to get started on another embryo transfer. And again saw great success in the birth of my son."
